The frame consists of 5 x 5mm layers of cross-laminated bamboo to create a board (8ft X 4ft), which is then CNC routered to our program / drawing.

From this board we can obtain 2 X bike frames including their chain and seat stays.

The frame has only 4 pieces (approximately 9 pieces are required for a frame made out of bamboo tubes)
